How does Pit-Stop's fully managed vending machine solutions work?We discuss your business needs and tailor a vending solution to meet these, conducting a free site survey where necessary. We will deliver and install the machine, and our fully managed service takes all the work out of your hands and places it in the hands of our operators. You will not need to worry about restocking, cleaning or maintaining your machine, letting you focus on running your business!

Where are you based?We are based in Swindon and we also cover other areas in - Wiltshire - Cotswolds - Gloucestershire - Oxfordshire If you are not within these areas, don't hesitate to get in touch and we can discuss your needs!

What products can you supply?We can provide almost any products that your business requires, for example: - Crisps - Sweets and chocolate - Drinks (water, soft drinks, energy drinks) - Iced coffee/cold brew - Protein bars and drinks - Healthy/dietary specific options We can also stock your machine with toiletries, vapes/e-cigarettes and other products specific to your sector/location.

Can our business request specific products?Yes! We have a flexible product selection and the assortment can be changed at any time - tailored to your needs and requests. This includes meeting any specific dietary requirements, including healthy or sustainable options. As we monitor sales data, we ensure your machine is always stocked up with everyone's favourites!

What are the conditions of having one of your machines?There are no conditions, hidden fees or catches. You are not tied into a contract - if you no longer want or require the machine, we will remove it at no additional cost.

How often do you restock machines?We refill machines on a weekly to fortnightly basis depending on location and volume of sales.

What payments methods do your machines accept?All of our machines have contactless payment systems fitted as standard. Some of our machines also accept cash. Our machines are configured to support whichever payment methods you require.

What happens if there is a fault with the machine?We will fix, repair or replace the machine at no added cost. As we are a local company we can provide outstanding response times and aim to address any faults within 48 hours. All our managed vending clients are provided with a dedicated contact who can assist you with reporting any faults and getting these repaired promptly.

Our office is on the third floor, can we still have a vending machine?Absolutely. We have access to professional stair climbing technology, allowing us to place your machine wherever needed in a safe and efficient manner.

Are you insured?Yes. Pit-Stop Vending is fully covered by Public Liability Insurance.
